Marilynn Ham is
recognized nationally as a published arranger, sacred concert
pianist, recording artist, and workshop leader. She holds Bachelor
and Masters degrees in piano performance from Northern Michigan
University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ham is known
throughout the country as a best-selling arranger of advanced sacred
piano solo collections. Her entire collection consists of more than
twelve piano books. In addition, she has produced professional
recordings of her piano arrangements.
Artist-in-Residence
and Assistant Professor of Music at Bethel College, Mishawaka,
Indiana, Ham teaches applied piano in sacred and classical
repertoire. She has also taught at Barclay College, Haviland, Kansas,
and was honored there as Professor of the Year in 1981 and again in 1987.
Marilynn and her
husband Robert reside in Mishakawa, where Bob serves at Bethel
College as Chairman of the Fine Arts Division and choir director.
They have two children, Norris and Meryl. |
